Every plate is simple yet refined, allowing the flavors to truly shine.

Whether it’s the delicate veal sweetbreads, perfectly cooked duck, or the fresh oysters and liver parfait, each dish showcases the best of Irish culinary artistry. The menu offers two fantastic options: the tasting menu for a full exploration of the chef’s best creations and the à la carte menu, which features standout mains like beef and cod that could rival any Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris.

For the main course, we went for the chateaubriand to share—and wow, it was every bit as good as expected. During our visit, we started with beer-battered monkfish scampi and heirloom tomato with mozzarella—both incredibly fresh and delicious. For the main course, we opted for the braised short rib, which was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had!
